Air Con Services Singapore – Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Inspection & Diagnosis
Our technicians begin with a thorough inspection of your air conditioning unit to identify issues such as weak cooling, unusual noises, water leakage, or electrical faults. This ensures the right solution from the start.
Step 2: System Shutdown & Safety Check
Before servicing begins, the air con system is safely powered off. We perform essential safety checks to protect your unit, property, and our technicians.
Step 3: Cleaning of Filters & Fan Coil
Air filters, fan coils, and covers are carefully removed and cleaned to eliminate dust, dirt, and bacteria that reduce cooling efficiency and affect air quality.
Step 4: Chemical Wash (If Required)
For heavily clogged or poorly performing units, a chemical wash is carried out to deep-clean internal components such as the evaporator coil and drainage system.
Step 5: Drainage & Water Leak Check

Step 6: Electrical & Gas Pressure Check
